Choirs and Bands Day was held on Tuesday 8 February 2022 at St Mary’s Church in South Woodford. School choirs and bands competed all afternoon; and the evening was for adult choirs.
Competition was fierce and the standard was really high. Everyone was thrilled to be back making live music.
Our adjudicator was James Kirby GRSM, ARAM.
Winners
Mead Primary School won the Churchfields Junior School Recorder Cup and the Mead Singers won the Junior Choirs Challenge Cup
Modality Youth Choir won a Challenge Cup with distinction
Modality Senior Choir won the Clarnico Cup and gained distinction in both their classes
